The Opportunity
As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with a high-performing agent, supporting day-to-day sales activity while developing the skills, experience, and confidence required to progress into a lead sales role.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct open home follow-ups and build strong client relationships
* Make “just listed” and “just sold” calls
* Book Appraisals for lead agent - KPI Expectation
* Proactively cold call and generate new business opportunities
* Assist with scheduling appraisals and managing the sales pipeline
* Prepare marketing materials and conduct door-knocking campaigns
* Maintain accurate records within Vault CRM
* Support appraisals by compiling property and market information
* Manage listings from launch through to settlement
* Coordinate photographers, inspectors, and marketing schedules
* Attend open homes and auctions, handling buyer enquiries
About You
* Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role (preferred)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident using CRM systems
* Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
* Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
* Willingness to learn and commit to long-term career growth
