Oversee inventory, procurement, cost control and minimize food wastage Actively maintain a high standard of food safety, allergen awareness, and OHS THE PERSON 3+ years Sous Chef experience and holds Certificate III Commercial Cookery (cert IV preferred) Specific background in corporate catering / fine dining / events / high volume catering Strong leadership abilities with an eye for detail High degree of food safety
