Key Responsibilities
* Operate a front-end loader to load customer and dump trucks
* Feed raw materials into the plant and manage stockpiles
* Assist with material handling and site traffic flow
* Conduct daily pre-start checks, basic maintenance, and refueling
* Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas
* Monitor material quality and prevent cross-contamination
* Support general quarry operations as required
* Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or issues
About You
* Proven experience operating a front-end loader
* Strong focus on safety and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliable, hardworking, and able to handle repetitive tasks
* Comfortable working in a quarry or similar industrial environment
* Willingness to operate other machinery (training provided)
