Maternity Unit Leadership Role
* Direct and coordinate the operational management of our Maternity Unit across both inpatient and outpatient services, encompassing antenatal, lactation, domiciliary, and midwifery group practice care.
* Manage staff, oversee day-to-day operations, ensure financial accountability, and drive clinical governance initiatives to deliver safe, high-quality, woman-centred care.
* Foster respectful, therapeutic relationships with women, families, and staff, while ensuring a secure, inclusive environment that meets the diverse needs of our community.
* Evaluate and improve clinical outcomes through evidence-based practice, ongoing education, and strategic alignment with organisational priorities.
