You've got the talent for keeping things running smoothly, and we'll provide expert training in clinical and optical practices.
Days required: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
Responsibilities
Clinic Flow: Be the key link between the retail team and Optometrists, ensuring pre-testing is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Sharp Scheduling: Answer phones, manage bookings, and assist with appointment changes to keep everything running clearly.
Focus on the Day-to-Day: Coordinate clinic operations, support stock management, and keep the store looking sharp while delivering great service under pressure.
Who are You? / Qualifications
You are a natural connector and love all things organisation. You have a strong knack for keeping things on track and prior experience in retail or coordination.
You're great with people, a strong communicator and team player who knows how to build rapport and keep the day running smoothly.
You are calm under pressure and a master of time management. You pride yourself on staying organised and focused, consistently delivering results that drive clinic success.
