Job Role: Workshop Storeperson
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Workshop Storeperson to manage the daily operations of our onsite workshop in North Plympton.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in the automotive/spare parts industry, who possess excellent knowledge of working with delivery dockets, orders, spare parts in a workshop setting.
* Responsibilities:
o Managing non-inventory item orders
o Receiving and storing parts
o Preparing outgoing stock
o Updating work information to head office on a daily basis
o Conducting regular stocktake
o Maintaining accurate records of invoices and purchase orders
o Efficiently managing fuel and consumables
o Providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries as required
Requirements:
* Current HR Driver's Licence
* Certificate III or relevant storeperson experience
* In-depth mechanical parts knowledge
* Understanding of invoice procedures
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
* A safety-conscious attitude and commitment to workplace health and safety
