What you'll be doing
* Analyse pricing, competitor and promotional data to identify opportunities to improve margin and customer value
* Support and deliver pricing initiatives from insight through to recommendation
* Partner with Merchandise, Marketing and Operations to influence commercial decisions
* Deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders
* Monitor performance of pricing and promotional activity and provide actionable recommendations
* Monitor inventory levels, stock turns, and availability to identify risks and opportunities
* Contribute to ongoing improvement of pricing processes, tools and reporting
What we're looking for
We're open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including retail, FMCG, or commercial analytics, who bring:
* Experience in pricing, commercial, category analysis
* Strong comfort with key retail metrics such as stock turn, margin and discounting/ markdown
* Strong Excel skills and experience working with large datasets
* Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar (nice to have)
* Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
* Strong stakeholder communication skills
