Key Responsibilities:
* Actively follow up on customer queries and anticipate their needs.
* Understand and identify customer interests, needs, and buying criteria.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products.
* Drive sales, upsell, and meet monthly targets.
* Maintain data history on our software system.
* Demonstrate our values and supporting behaviors.
The successful candidate will possess a niche specialization in selling prestige luxury vehicles, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, good PC skills, enthusiasm, ability to listen and understand, a winning attitude, competitiveness, reliability, honesty, high motivation, and a well-presented appearance.
