Sparrow Early Learning is seeking a qualified educator to join our team at Ashgrove. As an educator, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining a fun, safe, engaging, and inviting learning environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and implement educational programs that cater to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
* Maintain accurate records of children's progress, routines, and interests.
* Develop and maintain relationships with families, children, and other team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Monday to Friday availability for rostering.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* A current and valid Working with Children Check.
* First Aid and CPR certificates, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
