About the Role:
This leadership opportunity involves overseeing a growing team of occupational therapists in Sydney, providing clinical oversight and support to achieve performance goals.
* Lead and mentor a team of 4 OTs with a potential expansion to 7-8 by year-end
* Support team members in their professional development and provide guidance as needed
* Collaborate with senior management on operational strategies
* Manage team dynamics and create a positive work environment
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruit, train, and supervise team members to ensure excellent client outcomes
2. Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity
3. Foster strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
* AHPRA registration and eligibility to work in Australia
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
* High level of emotional intelligence and empathy
