As the Chief Engineer for the Content Management domain within Customer and Corporate Services (CCS) Technology, Group Business Unit, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the domain’s technology strategy, overseeing the development of innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives. Operating across multiple business areas, your leadership will be key in driving the simplification and automation of content management processes, including document generation, document lifecycle management, and utility content services. What do I need? Extensive experience with software development and applications design, content migration and understanding industry best practices. Extensive experience in a large-scale technology environment across a wide variety of content and document management ecosystem like IBM FileNet, CMOD, BAW, DocuSign, SmartComms, OCR and CCM tools and integration technologies like API, Kafka, BPMN Orchestration and NGINIX. Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects using Agile methodology, with hands-on experience in Agile toolsets such as JIRA, Confluence. Exposure with AI tools integration to content platforms. Experience in Technology strategy, Roadmap and estimations Building and maturing engineering capability for DevSecOps and federated agile operating environment Excellent problem-solving, communication, people and stakeholder management skills across diverse teams and functions Why join us?
