The Role
We are seeking a reliable, motivated team member with experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or construction-based outdoor works. This role suits someone who takes pride in their workmanship, understands site presentation, and wants to be part of a professional crew delivering standout results.
Typical Works Include
* Structural and feature landscaping
* Retaining walls (limestone, concrete, engineered systems)
* Paving (travertine, porcelain, concrete, natural stone)
* Turf preparation and installation
* Garden bed construction and planting
* Weathering steel edging and garden features
* Drainage, soak wells, and site preparation
* Irrigation and basic reticulation works
* Concrete preparation and associated works
* Use of excavators, skid steers, compactors, and hand tools
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or civil/outdoor works
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to follow plans, specifications, and site instructions
* Pride in clean, accurate workmanship
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills and a professional attitude
* White Card (required)
* Driver's licence (essential)
* Machinery tickets and trade background highly regarded
