About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced fibreglass technician to take on a senior position in our growing workshop. You’ll have the skills and confidence to run fibreglass jobs from start to finish, supervise an apprentice or small team, and uphold our commitment to quality.
Your work will include:
- Fibreglass repairs and reconstruction (epoxy/polyester/vinylester)
- Modifications and custom projects
- Fairing, gelcoat, and flowcoat finishing
- Supervising and mentoring apprentices
- Occasional marina/offsite work around the Lakes (company vehicle provided)
This role also offers a clear growth pathway, with the potential to step into a Workshop Supervisor position as our team expands.
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:
- Have strong fibreglass repair and modification experience (marine background preferred)
- Be confident running jobs independently with attention to detail
- Be capable of mentoring apprentices and leading a small team
- Be reliable, organised, and safety-conscious
- Hold a current driver’s licence
