Business Transformation Consultant

* Conduct research, data collection, and analysis on client needs and challenges through interviews and workshops to develop tailored solutions.
* Present findings and recommendations to clients using business proposals and presentation decks.
* Document projects into systems and processes for management review.
* Engage in regular project updates and networking with clients.
* Support team members with other project activities.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and timely submission.
* Manage teams of consultants by defining meaningful work packages, managing activities, and providing mentorship.
* Participate in business development activities including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation.
* Translate client requirements into well-formulated solutions through interviews and workshops.
About You
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Hold a degree from a reputable institution.
* Have at least 4 years of experience in the banking, technology, and/or consulting industry.
* Demonstrate a good understanding of core business processes and products in the banking industry.
* Have experience in risk and compliance business areas.
* Have expertise in AU Wealth Management.
* Have a track record of delivering transformation projects within technology.
* Be capable of applying technology principles to business.

* have excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
