About the Role
This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity of a hands-on role where you will be taking the lead on managing the end-to-end daily ecommerce operations across multiple businesses. You'll oversee everything from fulfilment, inventory, supplier liaison, and logistics, while ensuring all products are handled safely and in line with relevant standards.
This role will be based in Fyshwick and we are open to discussions of work hours; which could make this role perfect for anyone needing to work around school hours!
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the running of daily order fulfilment (pick, pack, dispatch)
* Oversee inventory, including stock levels, batch tracking, and expiry management
* Coordinate with suppliers and manage purchasing and inbound logistics
* Manage 3PLs, couriers, and shipping performance
* Ensure compliance with product handling, labelling, and relevant healthcare standards
* Implement and improve the existing systems, processes, and SOPs
* Monitor KPIs including fulfilment accuracy, delivery times, and stock performance
* Ensure all customer enquiries are handled in a timely manner
* Resolve operational issues impacting customer experience
* Coordinate and oversee supplier relationship with distributors based overseas
About You
* Strong communication and leadership capability
* Experience in ecommerce operations, logistics, or supply chain preferred
* Strong inventory management skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable managing multiple workflows across multiple brands
* Experience with Shopify or similar platforms preferred
* Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-focused
* Adaptable and flexible within a fast paced environment
