Are you an experienced supply chain professional with a knack for planning and a passion for leadership? Stryker, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking an Associate Manager – Supply Planning to oversee a team of approximately 6 and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
* Oversee Supply Planning: Manage and optimize the inbound flow of materials to meet production and engineering requirements.
* Lead a Team: Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of 6 supply planning professionals to achieve exceptional results.
* Drive Efficiency: Streamline supply chain processes and collaborate cross-functionally to meet service goals.
* Strategize: Contribute to long-term planning and implement initiatives that improve operations.
* Planning Parameters: Manage planning parameters, including ABC classification, safety stock levels, lead time, and product launch/obsolescence.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other Operations groups to ensure seamless coordination.
* Operational Responsibilities: Maintain documented procedures, drive lean initiatives, and ensure compliance with company, legal, and ethical standards.
What You'll Need:
* 5+ years in supply chain or planning roles, with proven experience managing teams.
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
* Strong understanding of supply planning processes and contract development.
* Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and drive improvements.
