We're seeking a confident and capable HR Business Partner to join a growing team in Parramatta, supporting both blue- and white-collar employee groups.Your impact:Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll be the go-to HR expert for operational and strategic support across a broad range of HR activities. From employee relations and performance management to workforce planning and engagement, you'll play a key role in partnering with leaders to build capability and deliver strong business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Build strong relationships with frontline leaders and senior stakeholders to provide expert HR advice and coachingLead and manage end-to-end employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances, and performance improvement plansSupport workforce planning initiatives including forecasting, skills analysis, and succession planningOversee and guide recruitment and onboarding processes for both blue- and white-collar roles in partnership with the Talent teamInterpret Awards, EBAs and employment legislation to ensure compliance and best practiceDesign and implement employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention strategies tailored to diverse workforce needsDrive continuous improvement in HR processes, systems, and policy updatesSupport change management initiatives including restructures, cultural programs, and business transformation projectsCollaborate on learning & development and leadership capability-building initiativesIdeal candidate will have:Proven experience as a HR Business PartnerBackground in mixed or blue-collar environments is preferredStrong understanding of Fair Work Act, Award interpretation and EBA managementEnd to end ER experienceExcellent interpersonal, coaching, and influencing skillsA proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and tacticallyAt HR Partners by Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
