General Maintenance / Cleaner
Popular 4.5 star Resort seeking an experienced enthusiastic self motivated person to undertake the building cleaning and general maintenance duties.
This is a casual position approx. 25 – 30 hours per week working on a rotational roster including the occasional weekend day. Additional hours during school holidays and staff annual leave coverage may be required.
Duties:
· Common Area Cleaning
· Facility Cleaning
· Waste & Recycle Bin Management
· Window Cleaning
· Pool, Spa & Water Feature Maintenance (previous knowledge is advantageous)
· Gardening
· General repairs & maintenance within rooms and to common property areas
· Building management support
We are seeking a team player to join our enthusiastic and motivated team. Must be able to interact professionally with residents and guests. Must be a team player.
Similar Holiday Apartment/ Shopping Centre maintenance experience highly preferred.
