Disability Support Workers – Southern Suburbs of Adelaide
Do you want to join a flexible, family-friendly organisation that genuinely cares about the well-being of both clients and staff?
Community Nursing SA (CNSA) is currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers living in or near the southern suburbs of Adelaide, including McLaren Vale, Morphett Vale, Seaford, Aldinga, Noarlunga and surrounding areas.
You will be supporting people of all ages and backgrounds, including participants with complex and palliative needs, within their own homes and local communities.
Due to a number of shorter local shifts, applicants must be comfortable travelling between nearby clients in the southern region and providing calm, sensitive and professional support to people who may be vulnerable.
A willingness to assist with household tasks and cleaning is essential, as maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment is a key part of supporting participants' quality of life. Experience supporting community access and participation will be highly regarded, as many of our clients require confident, skilled and genuinely person-centred care.
If you're passionate about making a meaningful difference and want to work with a supportive, people-focused NDIS provider, we'd love to hear from you.
