At Yooralla, we invite you to join our Kindergarten Inclusion Support Service (KISS) and make a positive impact. You will work collaboratively with the educator team to facilitate the inclusion of all children, including those with disabilities and/or complex medical needs, in their funded kindergarten program. We have casual and part-time positions available. Shift times vary and may occur between 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. About You: To succeed in this role, you should share Yooralla’s values and have: Prior experience in the kindergarten/early childhood and/or disability services sector. A deep understanding and commitment to principles of inclusion, family-centered, and strengths-based approaches. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Adaptability to navigate evolving situations effectively. Outstanding interpersonal skills with a flexible and adaptable demeanor. Demonstrated initiative and a proactive work ethic. Proficiency in computer use for email and internet.
