**Job Role:** Team Coordinator
This is a temporary opportunity to work as a team coordinator in a civil construction environment.
As a team coordinator, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding a tight-knit road maintenance team.
You will work collaboratively with your crew to resolve issues and find the best solution to problems that may arise.
Additionally, you will contribute to finding solutions to improve productivity during daily team meetings.
Mentorship and leadership by example are also essential skills required for this role.
Safety is paramount, and you will ensure that all environmental, quality controls are implemented on site.
The successful candidate will have extended knowledge and experience in a civil construction environment and excellent communication skills.
A valid White card, Traffic Control certification, and a valid unrestricted NSW Driver's licence are mandatory requirements for this position.
Experience operating as a Road Worker Grade 3 or related labouring experience in a civil construction environment is preferred.
This is an in-person, on-site role working a 9-day fortnight roster.
