Our client is an expanding NFP in the Aged Care space, currently experiencing National growth.
The Role
As an experienced Payroll Officer, you will join an existing team, in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare, process and distribute fortnightly pay for approx. 2500 staff
* Processing new starters
* End of month reporting and payroll reconciliations for Leave entitlements
* Ensure wage payments comply with contractual terms - EBA/Award interpretation, allowances & adjustments
* Resolve/answer payroll related matters
Your Profile
You will have proven payroll experience and have knowledge in:
* Health/Aged Care Industry Awards and EBA's (preferred)
* 3 to 5 years' experience in end-to-end payroll processing
* Micropay experience (preferred)
