Early Childhood Educator
Mogo Aboriginal Preschool is more than a place of learning — it's a place of connection, culture, and community.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Mogo, working with a mix of indigenous and non-indigenous children aged 3–6 years old.
This is not just a role.
It's an opportunity to contribute to closing the gap in Aboriginal educational outcomes, to partner with families and Elders, and to honour the strong foundations already in place.
Position Details
Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm
Work Options: NOTE: School term only
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time (4 days per week)
Experience: Minimum 1 year working with children aged 3–6 years

Who We're Looking For
Holds a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
Has at least 1 year of experience supporting children aged 3–6 years.
Is passionate about cultural connection and reconciliation in education.
Believes in the power of early learning to transform lives.
Values collaboration, respect, and innovation.
Wants to be part of something bigger than a classroom — a movement for positive change.
