**Kitchen Assistants**
Large scale dessert manufacturer located in Silverwater, NSW. We operate Monday to Friday and we are looking for energetic staff that are self-driven to join our day shift team.
**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
- Kitchen Assistant - Weighing / batching department
**CORE TASKS**
**But not limited to**:
- Weighing, mixing and blending of ingredients to specification
- Working in the pre-weigh area
- Batch code / Allergen recording
- Liaising with procurement and production
- Heavy lifting involved, up to 25kgs
- Stacking pallets
- Assisting team members in daily tasks in production
- Retain HACCP Requirements
**ESSENTIAL EMPLOYEE QUALITIES**
- Ability to work on your feet and able to occasionally lift weights up to 15-25kg
- Must be fluent in reading and writing English.
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Achieve clean kitchen area after each shift.
- Ability to multitask, organized and work within a team environment.
**JOB BASIS**
- Full Time / 5 days a week
- Start 6.30am to 2.30pm (Finish time may vary)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $35,500.00 - $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay.

Hand washing and mask wearing. Supply uniforms for employees
