* Full-time, Ongoing position at HEW Level 6.
* Penrith campus with flexible working arrangements.
* Salary: $95,777 – $102,659 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading.

The Opportunity

As a Placement Officer for the Faculty of Health, you will play a vital role in supporting students to gain practical experience that underpins their academic learning and professional readiness. This position is central to ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and delivering exceptional placement experiences.

You will manage end-to-end placement processes, liaising with health service providers and internal stakeholders to secure opportunities that meet curriculum requirements. Your work will involve coordinating documentation, monitoring student progress, and resolving issues promptly to maintain high standards of service.

In addition, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging digital systems to streamline processes and enhance the placement experience for students and partners alike.

What Success Looks Like:

* Deliver timely and accurate coordination of health placements across multiple programs.
* Build strong relationships with health providers and internal stakeholders to secure quality placements.
* Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements for all placements.
* Provide responsive support to students and resolve placement-related issues effectively.
* Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements for placement management.

About You

* Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex administrative processes within a health or education setting.
* Postgraduate qualifications and/or extensive experience in operations, administration, or a related field.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships.
* High-level organisational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in digital systems and data management for placement coordination.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve outcomes.
