MYtech Consulting Services is a growing IT service provider, providing services to public and private sector clients. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior IT Graduate for a 6-month fixed-term contract within NTG, to support the conversion of NT Police Force InfoPath forms to Smart IQ. Graduates will work closely with the Department of Corporate and Digital Development Smart IQ team to learn their standards and processes.
*Key Duties & Responsibilities*
* Work with the Department of Corporate and Digital Development Smart IQ team to learn and apply standards and processes for form conversion.
* Convert Infopath forms to Smart IQ forms.
* Coordinate the deployment of new Smart IQ forms into production environment.
* Assist with analysing InfoPath forms and documenting requirements.
* Support testing, implementation, and quality assurance of converted forms.
* Help maintain accurate documentation and records of work completed.
* Liaise with business users and stakeholders to clarify requirements and support adoption of new forms.
* Contribute positively to team objectives and deliver assigned tasks on time.
**Candidate Requirements****
* National Police Clearance (mandatory)
* PF166 (mandatory)
* Ability to work both within a team, and independently with demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and data privacy.
* Well developed written and oral communication skills, including demonstrated initiative, self-motivation and self discipline.
* The ability to identify and resolve problems using lateral thinking and persistence to meet critical deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.
* A high level of energy and integrity coupled with skills to quickly solve problems whilst managing multiple activities.
* Proven stakeholder engagement, customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people of diverse cultures.
