We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Recruitment Administrator to support the delivery of high-quality recruitment and onboarding services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled administrator with a strong interest in recruitment to join a collaborative and supportive team.
Your Responsibilities
* Coordinate recruitment advertising
* Prepare induction schedules
* Maintain HR systems
* Support compliance activities
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in administration, including data entry, document management, and use of Microsoft Office
* Knowledge and/or experience in recruitment processes, including advertising, compliance, and onboarding
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide professional and timely customer service to internal and external stakeholders
* Proven ability to solve problems and use systems effectively to identify issues and contribute to process improvements
