The Opportunity
We are seeking a versatile team member to support operations at our busy Dandenong South site. This full-time position will see you working primarily in the yard but flexible to jump in the truck as required. You'll need to be adaptable, safety-focused, and ready to get stuck into a variety of tasks.
About the role
* Clean, assemble, and deliver waste and recycling bins
* Maintain yard cleanliness and organisation
* Act as a spare route Truck Driver when needed
* Support operations with general yard duties
* Loading/unloading safely and efficiently
* Completing transport paperwork and compliance checks
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
* A current HR Truck Licence (essential)
* A current Forklift Licence (essential)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar driving or yard-based role
* Ability to think on your feet and solve problems independently
* Ability to route and plan deliveries
* Basic IT knowledge (for route planning, delivery tracking, etc.)
* A strong work ethic, great attitude & Team spirit
* Punctuality and reliability
* Physical fitness and the ability to do manual labour
* A proactive, safety-first approach
* Experience in waste or recycling (desirable)
