About the opportunity
The Talent Acquisition Team Leader reports to the Group Talent and Organisational Development Manager and is part of the People, Safety and Culture team. The key focus of this role is to provide leadership to the TA team. Responsibilities include:
* Execute the TA strategy across the group (process, diversity, early talent, sourcing strategy, talent pipelines, internal mobility, systems, compliance, branding)
* Engage with business leaders on escalated talent acquisition matters, proactively supporting their people resourcing needs and recruiting quality candidates
* Oversee the end‐to‐end talent acquisition function (job brief through to issuing contract) across all job families, all role levels and business units
* Ensure operational goals are achieved (cost per hire, time to fill, quality of hires, sourcing channel diversity)
* Manage recruitment for niche and senior roles
* Identify and resolve talent attraction issues and bottlenecks that may be impacting our ability to secure quality talent and recommend solutions
* Drive a best‐in‐class candidate experience throughout the life cycle of the recruitment process
* Oversee special projects, events and recruiting initiatives
* Maintain the HRIS Recruitment Module accurately for internal and external audit purposes

* Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
* Strong leadership capability to manage performance and ensure alignment to individual, team and business goals
* Expertise and networks in new home sales recruitment highly regarded
* Self‐confident and able to communicate with impact; able to constructively advise leaders and stakeholder groups
* Expertise developing sourcing strategies, talent pipelines, and employer brand initiatives
* Resilience and adaptability in an ever‐changing environment
