We are seeking a Site Maintenance Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain all sites to a high standard of safety, cleanliness and functionality.
* Perform groundskeeping tasks including mowing lawns, trimming trees and bushes, and clearing debris.
* Carry out minor repairs and general maintenance of buildings, including doors, walls, floors, painting, plumbing and lighting.
* Manage and maintain equipment, tools and materials ensuring proper storage, upkeep and logging in the asset register.
* Support tradespeople in accessing facilities to complete larger maintenance or repair tasks.
