We are seeking an ambitious and talented professional to join our commercial team as a Key Account Manager.
As a Key Account Manager, your principal responsibility will be to provide strategic management within the APAC region to help manage and grow key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the day-to-day management of ANZ based accounts to increase revenue through up- and cross-selling strategies.
* Focus on client value generation to ensure retention of and growth within key accounts.
* Develop educational programs for key accounts, including leading presentations and workshops.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to extend the account portfolio.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support new business pitches.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
* At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles in data, market research, or insights teams.
* Passion for advertising, customer relationships, and ROI generation.
* Experience in key industries: Technology, Automotive, Pharma, Financial Services, Consumer Goods.
* Motivation to drive customer value and consistency.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to operate in a dynamic business environment.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree.
* Confident communication skills with various stakeholders and project streams.
