Job Description
This full time, permanent role reports to the HR Manager ANZ and plays a key part in supporting employees and leaders across the entire HR lifecycle.
You will provide hands‐on support across HR operations including recruitment, on boarding, training coordination, employee relations, benefits and communications. You will act as the first point of contact for day‐to‐day HR queries, ensuring advice is consistent, timely and aligned with best practice. The role also includes maintaining HR and payroll systems, managing absence processes, preparing HR reports, supporting policy implementation and contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the wider business.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally supported by HR or business‐related qualifications
* A solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice
* Strong communication skills and the confidence to support managers at all levels
* High attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities
* The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Experience with HRIS or payroll inputs
* Exposure to employee relations or industrial relations processes (advantageous)
* Experience within a manufacturing or similar operational environment (highly regarded)
* A collaborative, approachable and professional working style

* Salary range of AUD 95,000 to 99,000 plus superannuation
