To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* Formal qualifications in Commercial Cookery or equivalent;
* Middle-to-upper level management experience within a large 4- or 5-star hotel/resort;
* Preferably, experience working in a multi-outlet hotel/resort environment;
* A thorough understanding of Food Safety and workplace health and safety practices;
* A current WA motor vehicle driver's license.
