My client is looking for a Kindegarten assistant to join their Kindergarten to assist the teacher in implementing a play based program. The role is for an educator to work Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am - 4:00pm each day. Your role will include but not limited to : * Supervise children and interact positively with each child * Welcome families to the kindergarten * Set up and pack away of the program * Ensure individual children's needs are met * Guide children's behavior in a positive manner * Follow the kindergartens philosophy and comply with children services regulations * Ensure a safe and secure environment * Contribute ideas to program planning Benefits: Join a community focused centre Highly supportive management and staff Part Time 3 days per week Additional casual days avaliable if desired Work with the Kindergarten age group You will be supporting the 3 year old kinder program with up to 20 children per day and a dedicated teacher who leads the program The successful candidate will have: Certificate 3 in Children Services or Diploma of Childcare Relevant Working with Children Current First Aid or willing to obtain CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates a genuine enthusiasm, passion and dedication to fostering lifelong learners Randstad Education is committed to ensuring child safe standards are met to a high standard.
