* Mentor and empower a high-performing team, nurturing their professional growth.
* Lead by example with your own clinical caseload, delivering high-quality services in homes, clinics, and community settings.
* Collaborate across the business, working closely with fellow Team Leaders and Senior Managers to achieve shared goals.
As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and inspiring a team of talented professionals. You'll champion team culture, client outcomes, continuous learning, and staff engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A qualified professional in allied health or related field.
* 4+ years clinical experience in your discipline.
* Experience in the NDIS environment and passionate about community-based care.
* Ready to work full-time or at minimum 0.8FTE.
* Registered with the appropriate registration authority, and have (or are willing to get) NDISWC / WWCC.
* A great communicator, motivator, and team builder.
* Current Australian driver's licence and able to travel with your own vehicle.
