Your new role: Are you an experienced and highly organised administrator with a passion for making a difference in healthcare? Join the Advance Care Planning Australia (ACPA) project team to support vital national work in improving end-of-life care. Provide high-level administrative support to the ACPA team to assist with national project delivery. Respond to inquiries and liaise with a broad range of stakeholders via the National Advisory Service. Support quality improvement activities, maintain confidential records, and assist in events, mailouts, and resource development. Contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day operations, including data entry, minute-taking, stock management, and travel bookings. About you: You are a proactive and compassionate individual who thrives in a dynamic team environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. Demonstrated experience in administration within complex project environments, with strong attention to detail and time management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond empathetically and effectively to a variety of stakeholders. Skilled in using Microsoft Office and administrative systems, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement. Able to work autonomously, prioritise tasks, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of your work.
