About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Driveway Attendant to join the team at BP Gatton. This is a casual role that will see you working at our service station located in Gatton, QLD 4343. As a Driveway Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, ensuring a safe and efficient refuelling experience.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and assisting customers with refuelling their vehicles
* Ensuring the forecourt and surrounding area is clean and tidy at all times
* Providing exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to meet customer needs
* Maintaining a safe working environment and following all health and safety procedures
* Handling cash and electronic payments accurately and securely
* Restocking shelves and assisting as required
What we're looking for
* Experience in a customer service role, preferably within the retail industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide friendly and helpful service
* Reliable, punctual and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
* Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment
* Cash handling experience and strong numeracy skills
