Job Description:
This six-month fixed-term part-time role is based in Geelong and involves providing outstanding clinical leadership to the Emergency Department Medical and Nursing teams. The successful candidate will report to the Director Emergency and be responsible for championing high-quality patient care and safety, consistent with the Epworth Values and Behaviours.
Responsibilities:
* Manage ED resources for optimal effectiveness and efficiency
* Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, nationally and internationally
Requirements:
* Strong clinical knowledge in Emergency Medicine
* Highly developed skills in leadership and team management
* Ability to work autonomously and build effective teams
* Logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
