The College is seeking a dynamic and organized administration professional to join its secondary school team.
* Coordinate the college's teacher relief system to ensure seamless support for staff.
* Provide administrative assistance to the head of secondary school, leadership teams, and administrative personnel.
* Facilitate booklist preparation through negotiation with department heads.
* Assist in coordinating and booking professional development opportunities for staff.
* Liaise with relevant staff to coordinate placements and induction of practicum teachers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the effective functioning of the secondary school administration team.
* Develop and maintain accurate records and databases.
* Communicate effectively with staff, students, and external partners.
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
* Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in administration or related field an asset.
* Proven experience in administration, preferably in an educational setting.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
