We're looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to deliver evidence-based care across the Nelson Bay Area. You'll support clients through Support at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program, helping them achieve goals and maintain independence. Work alongside a growing multidisciplinary team and make a real impact in the community. Permanent Full-Time or Part-Time role available.

What You'll Do
* Provide functional assessments and tailored interventions in clients' homes.
* Prescribe aids, equipment and home modifications to support client goals.
* Deliver targeted occupational therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals.
* Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.
About You
* Degree in physiotherapy and AHPRA registration.
* Valid driver's licence and insured vehicle.
* Community or hospital occupational therapy experience (preferred).
