* Lead and supervise as required Carers (with some personal care duties with the team where required)
* Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills
* Bachelor of Nursing
* Computer and documentation skills
* Demonstrated practice of Hygiene and Safety practices in aged care
* Current police checkEvidence of Seasonal Influenza Vaccine
* Evidence of COVID vaccination
Desirable Experience And Qualifications
* Work experience of 2 years in Age Care.
* A good understanding of the Aged Care Standards, accreditation and ACFI requirements
* An understanding of continuous improvement and OH&S
