Join us as a Service Owner – Customer Growth, where you'll set the vision and strategy for how we engage customers across the mortgage lifecycle
What's the role?
As the Service Owner, you'll define a clear three-year strategy and roadmap for your domain, leading end-to-end customer growth initiatives with autonomy. You'll oversee go-to-market execution for direct-to-customer channels, manage a high-performing team, and champion a strong customer mindset in every decision.
Your focus will be on driving data-led marketing, servicing, and engagement, optimising lead management so lenders connect with the right customer at the right moment. You'll own capabilities for acquisition and retention strategies, prioritise opportunities to maximise return on investment, and ensure risk and compliance standards are embedded in all activities.
This role is about combining strategic vision with operational excellence, fostering collaboration across teams, and promoting a culture of innovation and accountability.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney.
What do I need?
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Demonstrated people leadership experience with a focus on coaching and team development.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance customer outcomes with business priorities.
* Proven ability to formulate strategy and execute effectively, delivering results within budget.
* A growth mindset and experience driving customer-first innovation and operational excellence.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and ability to manage complex dependencies.
