Director of Housekeeping Opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Housekeeping to centralise housekeeping operations across our hotels, ensuring consistent standards and enhanced guest experiences.
* The successful candidate will manage and coordinate all activities of the Housekeeping Department
Key Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate current processes and implement improvements in efficiency and effectiveness throughout the department
2. Develop plans for improving service levels, quality control, employee motivation & engagement. Liaise with Hotel Management team to ensure seamless integration between departments.
3. Collaborate with Hotel Front Office staff to respond promptly to guest queries/complaints regarding cleanliness/hygiene issues within rooms / public areas.
