About the Company: Role & Responsibilities: As an Account Manager (Personal Care), you will report to the Business Manager ANZ and be responsible for various key tasks, including:
- Achieving sales targets through effective execution of the sales strategy
- Proactively managing and developing existing and new customer relationships, as well as exploring product opportunities to drive business growth.
- Executing business plans and sales strategies to preserve and grow account sales and customer segments, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Increasing gross profit and product portfolio by identifying customer potentials and driving cross-selling and value-based pricing.
- Utilizing call planning, pipeline management, lead identification, and proactive sales calling to drive sales and meet set targets.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to determine the best solutions for customers.
- Submitting accurate forecasts and managing pricing strategies, including contracts, agreements, renewals, negotiations, and implementations.
- Reviewing reports and taking actions to ensure customers receive the correct quantity of products on time and in the right location.
**Profile**:
- Tertiary qualification in sciences, chemistry, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a similar role.
- Experience in distribution, chemical, or related industries (desirable but not essential).
- Proven track record in sales and account management.
- Results-oriented with strong solution-based selling skills.
- Continuous improvement and customer excellence mindset.
- Agile, highly collaborative, and an early adopter mindset.
- Digitally savvy with self-motivation, prioritization, and initiative.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to build and maintain robust relationships and trust with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Willingness to travel as required for customer visits.
