Assistant Store Manager – Supercheap Auto Rutherford
We’re looking for a driven and hands‑on Assistant Store Manager to join our experienced team at SCA Rutherford. With 12 team members and a supportive Store Manager, this is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll lead by example, take accountability, and play a key role in store operations. The roster is flexible, with a 1‑in‑3 weekend rotation, and the team is open to development and growth. Responsibilities & Expectations
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager to help the store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment.
* Retail management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Leadership skills, motivating, inspiring, and developing a passionate, high‑performing team.
* Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, bring the super: we’ll deliver the auto.
* Operational know‑how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
* Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
