About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Branch Coordinator to join our Bundaberg Branch, QLD.
In this key role, you will be responsible for all aspects of branch operations, including:
· Managing warehouse and logistics operations
· Ensuring accurate inventory control
· Taking a proactive approach to sales
· Handling administrative duties and WHS compliance
· Assisting the Branch Manager in day to day activities
You will work closely with the Branch Manager, contributing significantly to branch operations and overall efficiency. This role requires you to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including a national team, customers, and suppliers, while contributing to the ongoing growth of the business.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude, a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and safety, and sound computer skills.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
· Experience in customer sales, service and a similar administrative role
· Microsoft 365 office
· Intermediate-level Excel skills and exposure to reporting
· Great initiative and a positive can-do attitude
· Organisational skills: ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
· Communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff and customers
A current forklift license, experience in agriculture and an understanding of inventory, warehouse management, customer service and sales will be highly regarded.
