Working as the 2IC to the Executive Director you would be responsible for the administration and operational day-to-day management of the secretariat, drive the development of governance and reporting systems, help to manage partner-relationships and information exchange, oversight the communications functions, and develop and manage budgets. With an eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, you would ensure the effective development and management of research agreements, including progress and outcomes measurements, working in concert with established and to-be-established review committees. You will enjoy the opportunity to help establish a new board, acting as company secretary and providing advice, input and hands-on development of governance documentation (policies and the like) as well as being responsible for the smooth administrative functioning of the board.
