**About the company**
Real Photo is a photography company that specializes in property photography. We are based in the Eastern Suburbs but service the larger Sydney area. We have been steadily expanding since our conception in 2007. Our service focuses on high quality imagery, fast turnover and a friendly, reliable service.
**About the role**
You will be shooting property and ability to sketch floor plans on location will be highly regarded,. You will be required to liaise with real estate agents and homeowners/tenants. Your hours will be varied and flexible.
**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Creation of high quality imagery
- Management of client relationships
- Upselling additional services as needed
- Key team member responsible for growing the company
- You will be required to have good availability, a reliable auto, the proper equipment. Ideally you will have other freelance work to subsidise your income.
**Skills/Experience**
- Good photography skills
- Ability to create basic accurate sketches for floor plans will be looked at as favourable but not necessary for the role.
- Great communication/people skills
- Own equipment including a full frame sensor DSLR, wide-angle lens (16-35 mm approx.), speed light, computer, late model car, GPS, mobile phone, high speed internet connection, card reader, laser measuring device (if measuring floorplans)
- Own ABN and public liability insurance (up to $5 million)
- You must be well-presented, punctual, polite
- You must live within a 30 km radius of Bondi
- Passionate about the photographic industry

**Job Type**: Subcontract
Pay: $82.50 - $125.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
Schedule:
- No weekends
- On call
**Experience**:
- Real Estate Photography: 1 year (preferred)
