We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business growth across Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded computer systems, technical sales, and customer engagement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-value solution opportunities, positioning our company as the preferred partner for suppliers and distributor for customers, and collaborating with internal teams to define tailored customer proposals and pre-sales solution shaping.
This role is commercial-first, requiring the ability to build qualified opportunities, shape solution fit with suppliers, enable Field Sales to win complex deals, and create clear revenue pathways for value-add initiatives.
The focus is on scalable platforms, early-stage solution discovery, and margin-driven execution with suppliers to enable growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required, with an Engineering background preferred.
* Minimum of five years experience working with processors, controllers, and embedded computer products required.
* Knowledge and understanding of sales purchasing operations systems vendors product and branch operations.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Exhibit strong analytical problem-solving organizational and project management skills.
* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and presentations.
* Ability to present complex topics effectively to branch sales and senior management.
* Ability to read analyze and interpret business journals technical procedures and government regulations.
