Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
* Maintaining high standards in FreeStyle Libre (and its digital products platform) competitor products disease states and industry compliance.
* Demonstrating expertise in tools of the trade processes and policies.
* Developing sales action plans in line with the marketing strategy and evaluate and track the implementation of these on an ongoing basis.
* Planning executing and analyzing sales calls to create continuity with customers.
* Promoting value-add services that improve the quality of care available to patients and creating solutions to meet customer needs.
* Tracking key customer and competitor performance regularly.
* Collaborating with the broader team to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
We're looking for individuals with:
* Tertiary qualification in a Science discipline.
* Relevant industry experience in medical devices or strong customer-facing experience as a pharmacist.
* Proven record in delivering sales targets with demonstrated proficiency with selling skills in a sales framework.
* Business acumen and analytical skills.
* Customer-centric mindset active listening genuine empathy and a strong desire to resolve issues deliver a high level of customer-focused service to internal and external customers.
* Ability to communicate clearly and articulate technical/clinical information.
* Progress account strategies and challenge the status quo whilst identifying new business opportunity.
